General Shipping Basics
1. Shipping & Processing Times
Rara RTA Cabinets.com currently ships to the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We use third-party freight carriers and parcel delivery services. Carriers assume responsibility of the orders while in transit.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 Business Days for sample orders, 5-7 Business Days for RTA orders, 10-14 Business Days for pre-assembled orders. Processing time does not include transit time.
Upon confirmation of your order, we will prepare the order and get it ready to ship. In most cases, you will receive the products within 1-2 weeks after shipped. The time in transit will vary based on your location and distance, as well as carrier capacity.
NOTE: Rara RTA Cabinets reserves the right to modify shipping estimates at our discretion to account for changes in rates or fuel costs.
2. Shipping Protection
Rara RTA Cabinets has teamed up with Seel® to provide safe delivery of your packages by protecting them against loss, stolen, or damage.
Seel® is a complimentary premium package protection for your order. Seel Protection is covered by Rara RTA Cabinets so that you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim within 30 days of delivery, it will be reviewed for approval by the Seel®, for a reorder within 24-48 hours or receive compensation.
Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations Within 24 Hours:
If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, please contact service@rarartacabinets.com or call 833-949-0490 to submit your request. We will process your cancellation within 24 hours of receiving your notice.
2. Cancellations After 24 Hours:
If you request a cancellation more than 24 hours after placing your order, it will depend on whether your order has shipped. If you haven’t received any tracking update email from us, please contact logistic@rarartacabinets.com or call 833-949-0490 for the latest order status.
3. Promotional Orders & Black Friday Exceptions:
You may cancel your existing order and place a new one to take advantage of a newly launched promotion, subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy.
NOTE: For Black Friday orders, this policy does not apply. Orders canceled within 24 hours before the Black Friday sale begins will automatically incur a 25% restocking fee.
Receiving Policies
1. Delivery Requirements:
Once your shipment arrives at the destination terminal, the carrier will call you to schedule delivery. If carrier failed to reach you, they may begin charging storage fees until delivery is completed. The customer shall bear all storage fees charged.
An adult aged 18 or older (you or your authorized representative) must be present to sign for delivery. Residential delivery is curbside delivery: goods will be unloaded at the curb where the driveway meets the street. Drivers will not move goods into your home or past the lift-gate. You are responsible for moving all items from the curb into your property.
Some shipments, especially those on 8-foot pallets, may not fully fit on the lift-gate. Given the size and weight of the shipment, we recommend having at least 2 adults available to assist with receiving.
NOTE: (1) Most items are cabinets, flat-packed in cardboard boxes. The majority of boxes are no larger than 28” × 44” × 6”. Boxes sit on 4’ × 4’ pallets, generally stacked to a maximum height of 72”.
(2) Smaller items that do not require LTL freight will ship as loose packages via UPS or FedEx.
2. Delivery Inspection Guidelines:
Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery before signing. We highly recommend taking the following photos prior to signature:
(1) Full wide shot of the entire pallet and shipment
(2) Close-up photos of all outer packaging (If you need to file a claim, we require photos of the outer packaging showing damage or missing items.)
(3) Freight labels and shipping documents
In short, photos/videos of any visible issues before signing, which will support you if a freight claim becomes necessary later.
3. POD (Proof of Delivery) Notation Requirement:
If damage or item shortages are visible before signing, you must note “Damaged” or “Shortage” on the delivery receipt while the carrier driver is present.
4. Inspection Deadline:
If no visible damage or shortages are found at delivery, we recommend to unbox and inspect the entire shipments within 3 days of receipt.
5. Claim Filing Deadlines:
For detailed information, please check our Return Policy and Replacement Policy.
NOTE: (1) DO NOT refuse shipment even if you find issues before signing. Refusal will prevent us from processing your claim, and the buyer will be responsible for all round-trip freight charges.
(2) We do not cover damage that occurs after the customer assembles the products.

The doors needed a little tweaking after the countertop was installed and everything settled into place. It was an easy adjustment, and the reveals look even now.
The website had a lot of cabinet sizes to choose from, so it took me a little time to figure everything out. Once I had my list ready, placing the order was pretty straightforward.
The salesperson I worked with was patient and answered a lot of questions before I placed the order. I never felt pressured to buy anything, which I appreciated.
What impressed me most was the professionalism of the customer service and design teams. From the initial measurements and layout adjustments all the way through to placing the order, they provided a lot of practical advice. Some details seemed unnecessary at the time, but after moving in, I realized they were actually very useful. The products I received matched the design drawings perfectly, with no issues regarding size discrepancies. This hassle-free shopping experience is even more valuable than the products themselves.
I usually do not leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because I spent months comparing cabinet companies before finally placing my order. I ordered pre-assembled pantry cabinets and bathroom vanities for a new home build in North Carolina. Delivery took a little longer than originally estimated, which was frustrating at the time, but the cabinets themselves were worth the wait.
The wood grain finish looks much more expensive than what we paid. I was specifically looking for something modern but not too glossy or cheap-looking, and these had a really nice texture in person. The interior shelving is sturdy and adjustable, which mattered to us because we needed flexible storage. My wife was especially happy with how much storage space we ended up gaining. We’ve been using everything daily for about four months now and have had no issues with doors sagging or drawers sticking.
